L'atelier de cuisine Lenôtre
Je n'ai pas encore testé les cours de cuisine à Paris, mais j'y songe vivement. L'autre jour avec mon ours, nous sommes passés devant la fameuse école Lenôtre située sur les Champs Elysées, dans un bâtiment magnifique. Depuis l'avenue, nous avons pu apprécier les petits marmitons et le chef en herbe en action et, pour nous, ils se sont même prêtés au jeu de la photographie.
Je pense que c'était un cours dédié à la préparation d'un buffet. A en croire la photo ci-dessus, il doit s'agir de petits canapés poire-fourme d'Ambert (ou roquefort) qui n'attendent plus que de passer quelques minutes au four. Miam, miam !

- Cuisine fraich'attitude propose des ateliers culinaires autour des fruits et légumes frais (12 € le cours - certainement les cours les moins chers de Paris).
- L'atelier des chefs propose de nombreux cours à prix variés (de 15 à 70 €). Nombreuses formules possibles (60' chrono, confection d'un menu complet, cours autour d'un ingrédient, etc.).
- L'atelier de Fred : un atelier de cuisine situé dans le Marais (60 € les 3 heures de cours). Propose également des ateliers "cook-dating" pour les célibataires !
